Shipping Prices

Why don’t my stickers have tracking?
We ship our stickers through letter mail. This makes shipping faster and cheaper for you. If you do want tracking for stickers, direct message @copes.shop on Instagram before you purchase.
I got an Email saying my order has shipped but the tracking says pre-shipment?
We sometimes print labels before we get products from our manufacturers. We do this so we can ship your orders as soon as possible once we get products in hand.
International Shipping
All international orders are sent through USPS and may change carriers based upon the country of destination. Please note that during this time, orders may stop updating through the tracking number sent to you. If this happens, we advise you to contact your local customs agency to find information regarding your package.
If the customer's order has stopped updating through tracking after 90 days, we will provide a replacement as long as the customer pays for the original shipping price. However, please note that we do not provide refunds in this scenario.
Please be aware that Copes LLC is not responsible for any unpaid customs, lost packages that have been scanned into USPS's system, or undeliverable products being returned to us.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our international shipping policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
My order has a missing or incorrect item?
We package every order carefully, but sometimes mess ups happen. Please contact @copes.shop on Instagram. Include your name and order number and what is wrong with your order.
My order is marked delivered but I did not receive it?
If your order is marked delivered in the US but you have not received it please reach out to your local USPS or neighbors to see if you can track it down. If that doesn't solve the issue please reach out to us within 7 days so we can figure out a solution for you.
If your order is marked delivered internationally but you have not received it, it may be held at customs or your local post office. Reach out to them to see if it is being held there. If that doesn't solve the issue please reach out to us within 7 days so we can figure out a solution for you.
If your order is marked delivered and you have not received it you must reach out within 7 days of its USPS delivery status update. If you reach out after this time period we are unfortunately unable to provide assistance other than starting lost package searches.
Care Instructions
Tee's and Hoodies
Turn garment inside out. Wash on a cold setting. Tumble dry low.
Rhinestone
Turn garment inside out. Wash on a gentle cycle with a cold setting or spot clean. DO NOT use a pre-wash or fabric softening product on or around the rhinestones because some of these products can soften the glue. Dry on a low heat setting.
Puff-Print
Turn garment inside out, wash on delicate with mild to no detergent on a cold setting. Do not tumble dry, do not iron. We recommend that you do not tumble dry, if you do, dry on the lowest heat setting possible.
